-Climb over the stile and follow the green stakes to the first viewpoint.

-You can turn back at the first viewpoint.

-The path gets steeper if you continue to the higher viewpoint.

-The grass is wet, and some sections are muddy.

-Beyond the first viewpoint, the slope gets steeper and the wind stronger. Wear shoes with good grip, even for the short route.

-After a short climb, a long fjord opens out below you.

-The little houses of Funningur and the contours of the mountains are all in view. It's a place that makes you want to sit and watch the scenery for a while.
